Do I need an appointment to sell gold?
No. Simply drop by. Çeyrek, bilezik, wedding rings or scrap gold are weighed in front of you; we name a daily amount and pay out immediately in cash or by bank transfer. Valuation is free.
What is the karat of bilezik and wedding rings?
Our traditional bilezik and burma are 22-karat (916) gold. Wedding rings and some models may be 14 or 18 karat depending on the piece. We show the fineness and weight openly and note them on the receipt.
How is the Çeyrek price determined?
The price is based on the daily gram/ounce gold price plus an openly stated margin. You can see the current gram price any time on our Prices page.
Which languages do you serve?
We serve in Turkish, Kurdish (Kurmancî), Arabic, German, English, French and Russian. Whoever in your family comes by will be understood in their own language.
Do I need to bring ID?
For purchases and sales above the legal thresholds we check a photo ID under anti-money-laundering law (GwG). For small transactions it is not required, but it is always practical to have your ID with you.
